I am doing my first image backup with True Image 9.0 and I installed Nero InCD to act as the udf packet writer. I'm backing up to DVD+RW DVD's. Well I was confused becuase by the time I was to DVD #3 it was asking me to label the one I just took out (DVD #2) as Volume 4. I thought I accidentally was writing over the same DVD's so ended the backup. After i did this I viewed DVD #1 and realized that it had 3 separate files on it which is why I assume DVD#2 was supposed to be labeled volume 4.
Is this correct? I obviously won't be testing this backup but at some time I will have to potentially use it in an emergency and want to know if it works. I know for an install I'd likely just use the emergency boot CD that i can create but will I simply then during the install put one DVD in after another?
I have it set up to do automatic sizing instead of entering a specific number. Yet I was confused why it would create 3 files on one DVD. Like I said if this isn't a problem it's fine, I just want to make sure.
Thank you for any help.
