Serial disappearing

Hello,

something strange happened yesterday: I was logged in as Admin with LNS running just fine, logged off (no Fast User Switching) then my wife logged in as a normal user. She logged off (no Fast Switching) after a while. I logged in again as Admin but LNS opened a window with the 'register tab' wherein the serial has disappeared. ???
After a complete reboot and logging in as Admin everything was fine again.
What could be the reason of this strange behaviour I had never seen before?

To answer your question; a problem with Look ‘n’ Stop and the load time on boot-up can cause an issue with Look ‘n’ Stop trying to retrieve stored settings. While a normal re-boot should fix the anomaly, it is recommended to configure that instance of Look ‘n’ Stop so the next time you should not experience too much of a lack of configurations.

I recommended to use 'Common to all users' in Options screen for now ons...
