Good Morning.

Gongratulations for the useful forum.

The company I work for, owns Nod32 Enterprise Licence for 30 clients.

How are the licences counted?
If we format a computer and reinstall Nod does it count for 2 licences(Like MS Products)?
If we use all nod licences to pcs, then unistall it from some, can we use the free licences to other pcs? Are the licences counted based on the current installations?
How can we check the version and also the licence a nod32 has? We bought 5 workstation licences and we need to check which computers use Enterprise and which use a Workstation Licence.

How can we check the available number of licences for the Enterprise Edition?

Thank you

The RAC will still hold the "old" PC in the list of clients. If you are licensed for 30, and you show 30x clients in your console. You take 5x clients, format them, reinstall NOD...they will not show up in RAC....since you're only licensed for 30. If you were licensed for 30, only had 25 workstations total...and you format 5x of them...you'll soon see 30 listed in the RAC..the "old" ghost name, and the new one you gave the PC when you formatted it.

So..when doing so..look at the name of the workstation you're going to format and rebuild...and remove it from the RAC right after you power down for the last time/physically pull the workstation from the network.

The way I look at it..you're licensed for 30 nodes...doesn't matter how many times you format a box and reinstall NOD....long as you're only using 30 total instances of it within your license period.
