Often EULAs are lacking the name of the software application at the beginning.
In a recent case I added it on the first line of the EULA (enclosed in brackets) and then cut & pasted the EULA into the 'Analyze' window before clicking 'Analyze'.
Auto-save was on but when I moved to the saved EULAs I found it had not been captured.
When I removed the brackets surrounding the first line it did get saved.
If this is reproducable then I guess it is a bug
