I can't view contents of my bootable CD. I don't even know if it is bootable without knowing the CD was burned correctly. Anyone with suggestion?

Just boot with it and you'll know if it is Ok.

Or use some CD imaging program to check if there is a bootable sector on it
( UltraISO, WinImage, IsoBuster etc : all are available free to try)

It's Linux and Windows can't understand the file structure. You really want to boot it anyway to make sure it works.

Depending on the version of TI, there will be at least one folder called Recovery Manager and it IS viewable in windows, so are the contents of the folder.

But as the others have suggested try to boot with it.
