I cannot un-install....help

I have tried to un-install the old spyware blaster v3.4 but it won't go. i have been trying to do this via the Add or remove program.

I want to install the updated version, but it says to un-install the old version first.

I am new to computers and don't know what to do....can anyone please help?

The unins000.exe file should be in the program files, SpywareBlaster folder. Double click that file to uninstall the old version.

Thank you so much i have managed to install the updated version, and all is well.
Wish i knew about this place before, would have saved a lot of frustration build up in me....
