Was having problems with auto update and realised I needed to update the .cfg file. Downloaded as stated on the diamond website, but now I get an error message from the configuration editor.
Error in Update.cfg:
File is not Radius.td3
The new update.cfg contains the following
;Radius.TD3 Database Update Sites ;See http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=update for latest server list http://www.attechnical.com/diamondcs/radius.td3 http://radius.turvamies.com/radius.td3 http://www.toonbox.de/tds/radius.td3 http://www.rootgap.com/tds/radius.td3 http://fractus.mat.uson.mx/~tds/radius.td3 http://www.zeylstra.nl/tds/radius.td3 http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/radius.td3 http://diamondcs.fileburst.com/radius.td3
I am still running v3.2.0. Have download but not installed the latest version of TDS3

Hi Melony,
Welcome to the forum!
Do you get that same error as it tries to download the updates from each server in the list or do you see it once and then no further activity? If the latter, you might want to open the update.cfg in notepad and prefix the first line that does not already start with a semicolon with a semicolon. (i.e. the line with www.attechnical.com may be a problem site so you can tell TDS to ignore that site by prefixing that line with a semicolon.
Hope this helps,
Dan

It should be this way
;Radius.TD3 Database Update Sites
;See http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=update for latest server list
http://www.attechnical.com/diamondcs/radius.td3
http://radius.turvamies.com/radius.td3
http://www.toonbox.de/tds/radius.td3
http://www.rootgap.com/tds/radius.td3
http://fractus.mat.uson.mx/~tds/radius.td3
http://www.zeylstra.nl/tds/radius.td3
http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/radius.td3
http://diamondcs.fileburst.com/radius.td3
further it should be TXT format and not underlined URLs showing.
Mind the line wrap, that first line is one; if it would give trouble you could remove that part from
;See http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=update for latest server list
but watch out you don't create extra spaces or empty lines.

...and if it still won't work, it may be because of a confusion of *what* linebreaks are in there. Windows uses Cr/Lf while unixes use Cr alone. See of you get a tool or text editor that can do the conversion for you. But only if the above doesn't help and your update.cfg looks perfectly right...

Thanks everyone
I tried another download of the update.cfg last night through opera and it seemed to have worked. I don't know if the intial d/l was corrupt or if netscape caused the problem, but all seems to be well now.
Dan, intially it was skipping through the servers. When I d/l the new cfg file the error message was on hitting update now.
Jooske, I may be missing something but the page you quoted has a link to the d/l's not an actual list that I could copy and paste into the update.cfg file. Is that right?

Important: The Automatic Update program (update.exe) requires an up-to-date server list (update.cfg) in order to download the database. This file can be downloaded here:
http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/update.cfg
(Right-click | Save Target As...). Please save the file to your TDS directory, overwriting the existing update.cfg file. Remember to ensure that the filename is update.cfg, and not update.cfg.txt or anything else.

Melony, i just and only copied the list you posted yourself and i changed the way it should look, i did not change any of the URLs or description as you can see.
http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=update
This is the page for all the update matters, to update manually the unregistered users and others who want to, to get the new update.cfg --in the place to get it rightclick on the thing and save target as which is the link Dollefie posted.
The update.cfg file is changed various times a day, order of mirrors is changed, new mirrors added, others removed.
You can also go to the page and drag the file into notepad which removes normally all unwanted code too if browsers would have changed it.
I highlighted the text, copied inhere (normally in notepad - save as \..\.\\ (pathname)\update.cfg )
This moment it looks like this for instance
update.cfg
