Objection

I object to the closing of the thread at http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?p=655453#post655453.

That thread frames the questions in terms of functionality, not confused by using Acronis terminology.

If Acronis is not willing to give clear answers as to what their products do, then the product is dangerous to use.

It would be simplest to answer such questions in a FAQ.
I am not the only one asking such questions.

And I did search for the occurrence of the thread that appeared to have disappeared. It was not listed in the list of threads which I had started. Perhaps it is now, but not when I checked.

Howard, I'm a bit confused as to why you're objecting to a thread being closed that was started with the identical post you made in your original thread. We don't allow duplicate threads on the same topic. You can continue your discussion in the other thread that is and has always been, open:

Also, to help you find all posts and/or threads that you've made, you can check that by going to your Profile. The thread you said you couldn't find has never left the open forum.
