Hi
i uninstalled ti9 , reboot but i found this files in my system , why the uninstaller did not delete them?
can i know which files acronis ti9 or 8 copy in the system?
i would like to do a clean before installing the new build

i found this file too snapman.sys should i delete?

Hello Mantra,
Unfortunately, like many applications, TI's uninstaller doesn't remove everything. It seems that you have already seen the Acronis Support instructions for manually uninstalling TI in the thread titled <Remove True Image totally> (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=62478), although even these don't appear to be complete.
You can, if you wish, delete timntr.sys, tifsfilt.sys and snapman.sys plus tifm21.sys from the \WINDOWS\system32\drivers folder. However, you do not need to carry out a full manual uninstall if all you want to do is update/upgrade to the latest build. Using Windows Control Panel's "Add or Remove Programs" wizard will suffice.
