unable to download after purchase

i've read plenty of good things about this product, so purchased it online for a customer. the faq said i'd get an email within one hour of purchase that would allow me to download the product - it's been 18 hours and i'm still waiting.

is there something else i should be doing?

The time it takes to process your order depends on where you purchase it, and a few other factors.

It should arrive soon... if not, contact the place where you purchased it. Since you haven't registered with this board, I can't IM you a temporary username and password either ;P

Please register over here, and drop me an email (as mentioned in my profile that can be accessed after registering), and mention from which distributor you've purchased a (single user?) license. Let's see if we can speed things up ;)
