I installed 1.26.218, in a folder called ccleaner2 and kept an older version, i didnt want to install over because i wanted to try new one out first(see if it was betters)i ran the newest it worked fine, but i tried the older and an it crashed with error, okay.. so i tried the new one, and it had a "error 0" and wouldn't run, so i had to resinatll the new one.. .. and there ya go.

Normally, with any program updates, the wisest approach is to UNinstall older versions first, before installing new ones unless specified by the program's author that it's ok to install over top. :)
You actually did not install over top, installing to a new folder and this is more than likely the cause of your problems.
CCleaner itself was not the cause of the error, but rather the double installation I would presume. :(
glad it's now working fine for you though. ;D

When a new version of software I use comes out, I uninstall the old version and install the new version. I usually save copies of the installer for any app I use so if I run into any problems, I have the installer for the old version to fall back on.
