I use F-Secure (laptop), Kaspersky Anti-Virus (at work) and NOD32 (at home).

NOD32 at the moment, i can get free BitDefender through my ISP protection system and i'm still supporting and using avast! from time to time.
I like to switch these AVs alot so...

Antivir because I am a little hard up for cash at the moment:wacko: I use ClamAV as a backup scanner. Would like to use NOD32.

My favorite is NOD32, but the new incoming KAV will be also great and for free the excellent avast! ;)

NOD32 for real-time, McAfee for on-demand scanning of my pc. (Yeah, they appear to be playing nicely together, of course, one of them is always turned off!)

I installed Norton Internet Security 2006 last night, and it is a very complete program. It was $75 well spent(well my mother-in-laws money well spent...it was a gift ;).

Hmmm ... another AV poll.
My vote goes again to AVG.
Free of charge, automatic updating, automatic scanning, email-scanning.
I only wished it was a little more silent, but any disturbing popup disappears automatically, which is a comfort.
After six months using AVG, I ran the trials of NOD32 and KAV. No threats found either. Discipline also works. :)

Using BitDefender 9 Standard at this time, so that is what I voted for. This could change at any time. For some reason, I can't seem to stay with any one AV for very long. :) I do like BD though, so maybe I stay with it for a while.

CA's Etrust.

Not because I have complete faith in it but because it seems less bloated than some others. Has minimal negative performance impact on some of my older systems.

Avast Home Edition serves me well, and also using several on-demand back-ups scanners... just in case. ;D

I am using Trend Micro's PC-cillin, and turn off all but the real-time virus scanning.

I have never really gotten my hands dirty as to what AV is the best. I did switch over this year to Trend Micro. I gave up Symantec’s offing after noticing it was severely reducing my Disk I/O. Trend Micro seemed to get a good review at CNET.

I see many folks using the NOD32. I might play with this a bit. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
