Limited User & SpywareGuard

I just installed SpywareGuard on a Windows XP system. It activates automatically only when the system administrator logs in. If a Limited User logs in, SpywareGuard has to be manually activated. How do I change this?

Does it help if you create a new startuo shortcut for SpywareGuard under the limited account?
