All builds since 2277 have an issue with a wireless usbmouse using a Rescue Disk. It will work as you suggested after I sent my logs to support.
I was told to hit F11 and enter usbmouse=off. It does work, and we were told it would be fixed in the next release.
Well, I can conform that in TI9, build 2337 it is NOT fixed.
So, any idea when it will be fixed?
TIA,
Dave

Yes, it is. I edited my message to reflect that it was/is a rescue disk issue (which is why I hit F11).

Hello Dave,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
We regret to inform you that this issue has been fixed in build 2337 of Acronis True Image 9.0 but for several vendors\models of wireless\USB mice only.
Please provide us with the following information:
- Create Linux system information (sysinf.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317);
Please keep your mouse connected while creating sysinfo.txt
- What are the exact vendor and model of your mouse?
Please create an account (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/registration/), then log in (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/) and submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/). Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread.
Thank you.

I have already done this on a previous version.

My mouse is the Wireless Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 2.0 (USB). It worked fine in 2277 and when it broke I sent the Good info and the Bad one.
