DD Suite v9.0 on Server 2003

I purchased DD Suite v9.0 (build 549) in August to install on a Windows 2000 server. Since then that server has crash and I would like to install the DD Suite v9.0 (build 549) on to a replacement server running Windows 2003 Server-Standard Edition.

Will this version of DD Suite run on Windows 2003 Server-Standard Edition ??
