I have this listed in my programs that start when I start my computer. Tune Up 2006 doesn't know what it is. Can anyone tell me exactly what this is? Is it something I shouldn't have? I have run ad aware, spysweeper and did virus scan, but it doesn't show up.

i don't have any s3 video hardware, I don't think! I do not have any games at all in my computer. What else could it be? I am trying to speed up my starts and that is why I am trying to get rid of anything that doesn't need to start when I boot up computer.

To see what you do have, right click My Computer | Properties | Hardware TAB | Device Manager | View | Show Hidden Devices then have a look thru Display, etc. etc. expand each to see what's installed on your system, like Display Adapters and Non Plug and Play Drivers, see if any mention of s3 in there.
