Upgrade didn't change build number: Why?

I just did an upgrade: Went from TI Version 9.0 Build 2302 to Build 2337.

After installing the download, I went to Help > About, and noticed that my Build number had not changed.

At the end of the install process, I was told that I had done it successfully... and I wasn't told to re-boot. So why didn't the Build number change?

If you know the answer, you'll win a '57 Thunderbird and a free trip to Hawaii... NOT!

Anyway, your creative thoughts are welcome.

Same problem here. Did a reboot and even though I just installed 2337 TI reported the version as 2302.

I had to uninstall 2302 then install 2337.

As indicated in other threads, it seems that 2337 will install over 2323 without a prior uninstall, but not over earlier builds. If you have a build earlier than 2323, you will need to uninstall it first.8)
