Hi,
I wanted to experiment with Ad Muncher (again).
This time, Prevx flagged it as malware and sent it to jail. I was able to install only after moving the installer from jail to probation. Very funny terms by the way, but why is Prevx flagging this app as malware?
Any suggestions?

It marked some of my valid system files as malware too. :T

I don't remember the exact name, but it was a valid file in my system32. Along with Arovax Shield's uninstaller. I guess you have to talk to support about anything being a false positive.

I got a chuckle out of the latest Prevx1. It jailed some of my most trusted apps, and totally missed a folder full of keyloggers. I detest the fact it labels stuff on "probation" and I have to deal with them to change this. Complained about this in another thread and was ignored.

Prevx1 is now permenantly in Jail here.

Hi,

Admuncher FP has been fixed. Thanks Mrkvonic!

Peter2150: The three keyloggers you are refering to have been added to the definitions. It would of been helpfull to know which trusted programs we were flagging as bad. Scansoft has been fixed aswell.

Regards,

Jacques
