Anyone???? <-QUOTE}Try again in a couple of hours, when their servers are busy it can sometimes be hard to update, same thing happens with Spywareblaster and Ewido. T

My message says "unable to read definitions" - what would this have to do with a busy server? ??? Anyway, first time I have had a problem with updating so must presume it is at Lavasoft's end. Will try again in a few hours.

I know of at least another half dozen users with the same problem.

Just tried to download again - nada!! :'( Oh well, I will use A2-Squared for my scanning - it takes longer but scans well. :)

I must be the lucky one. It has happened to me the last two updates. Hope they get it fixed soon.

I only reinstalled AdAware on my system last night, updated no worries, in fact I have tried 3 times in last couple hours, [upon reading this thread] and each time got thru ok personally [no new updates of course after the initial dl].

Only guessing, but it may be busy with people updating everything they own trying to block the .wmf exploit and thinking that getting any/all security updated on the chance it may help. Just a guess here. :-\
