Have used Spywareblaster for past couple of years with great success. Went in to update definitions, and found new version. Downloaded and installed, but can't get it to update definitions.
Program installs and lets me enable definitions, but when I try to update, it first goes to Norton firewall screen, which I check "allow to connect" and then it completely locks up and freezes.
And I mean completely--won't even let task manager or system restart end the program. I have to manually turn computer off and back on. Also removed and did clean install and get same results. Any ideas ???
