Anyone know a good VoIP service? I am looking for one in the Waterloo, Ontario, Canada area.

Is VoIP the same as say 'Skype'??.........I have Skype 2 Beta.....so I can see who I'm talking to and they can see me using my Web-cam...and it's free...
