Can I delete the last incremental of my disk image, and later do a new incremental backup and get away with it?
Consider, full image backup on day 1, incremental b/u on day 2, 2nd incremental b/u morning of day 3. Early incremental ( I usually b/u at night) at say 10 am because I want to try something semi-dangerous and if it doesn’t work I have a good restore point.
What I did works fine so I don’t need the early 2nd incremental b/u. I want to delete the morning incremental and do my usual day 2 incremental at night.
Can I do this and all will be ok?
