Support question.

I have PC that can not load Windows no more because of multiple infections. Also SafeMode is not working.

Is it safe to connect that harddrive to another PC and scan with Ewido? If so will Ewido also clean registry of that PC?

Burn the BitDefender LiveCD from another system and run the included antivirus. Connecting the hard drive to another computer might be risky business.

If Safe Mode is not working, then you may be in a position where a format/reinstall is the best option. Or, run a Repair reinstall and see where that gets you.
