Disable Popup Window

Is there any way to keep "Automatic Updates" and "Verify and Set" running but disable the annoying popup window they create everytime you restart windows?

If not, could you guys create a "Silent Automatic Update mode?

That would be perfect if I didn't want to keep the "Automatic Updates" and "Verify and Set" running. However, I do. Only without the annoying popup window.

In other words, I want Automatic Updates to work, just without the popup window.

At the moment, there is no easy way to accomplish this, but I will definitely put it on the list for the next version. :)
