Hi,

I have Nero 7 Ultra, and want to know how good the included Nero ImageDrive program is and what you can and cannot do with it. It says very little about it in the included Nero 7 manual.

It says: Nero ImageDrive sets up a virtual drive, which looks like a real
drive and behaves in the same way. Says it supports up to two image drives.

Is this anything like FirstDefense ISR?

Can I run these virtual drives with different sets of software on them and use them for testing different programs safely like FirstDefense? And then just erase them if I want to later?

Can I run Nero Image Drive along with other programs like Norton GoBack or
DeepFreeze?

Thanks very much for any help with this.

Hi, tab27, unfortunately I know nothing about the Nero program. I can only tell you this: the drives of FirstDefense are not "virtual", they are real actual drives.

Thanks Acadia, I found out it's nothing like FD. It's like a virtual cd drive, not a hard drive. All it said was a virtual 'drive', so I thought they meant hard drive. My bad.
