IMHO Vexira is now a VirusBuster (http://www.virus-buster.com/en/) clone. Vex & Buster didn't do so well on THIS thread (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=81103&highlight=vexira).

AFAIK Antivir's current clone is Avira (http://www.avira.com/).
