Sophos Anti-Virus ist good?

Sophos is mainly a corporate/network AV program and is therefore not ideal for Home users.

In particular, it is very expensive unless you work for a company/University who run it and then you can use SAV as a home AV as part of the site license agreement.

A very lightweight RTM and ITW (http://www.virusbtn.com/) Detection is good but generally only Standard detection of zoo (http://www.av-comparatives.org/) malware.

IMO, unless you can obtain a "free" copy through your workplace, there are better choices for a Home AV.
