Kaspersky is very thorough in any kind of cleaning job.
Though it depends if you mean cleaning of parasitic file infectors...

Cleaning in what sense?

Kaspersky and Norton are very good at cleaning infected files. BitDefender and NOD32 are not bad either. Dont know about others.

NOD32 and ArcaVir are extremely good at cleaning the registry of malware entries. KAV and BitDefender also do reasonably well in this regard (maybe Dr.Web too).

Avast is also OK at registry cleaning.
