Is Filseclab a Chinese company

Is it true that Filseclab is a Chinese company. I had a look at their website and their postal and support was in China. Is this the first Chinese company to offer security for PC's.

Also I've heard some good reviews re this FW though never tried or used it but am willing to give it a go.
