Different IP Addresses

I would like to setup a users laptop to have a menu come up when they boot it so that depending on the location, they get a certain static IP address. Example A - Location 1 would need an IP address of 10.60.33.44, Location 2 would need an IP address of 10.65.120.50, and so on. Is this possible with Disk Director?
