Whats the best Defrag program for Windows

I posted about this in another forum but wanted your input. What do you think is the best defrag program for windows and WHY? Iam running Windows XP Pro.

I would say it is Diskeeper from Executive Software. It is fast and very reliable. Works with Fat32 and NTSF.
