Perhaps others will find this to be useful information.
A few months ago I had a problem in that my computer would suddenly reboot spontaneously. Sometimes while I was using it and sometimes in the middle of the night. In the process of switching back and forth between v. 8 & 9, I've discovered that the later versions of TI 8 were the problem. I'm now using TI 8 build 763 which works fine. When I use either build 796 or 937, I have the problem with the computer suddenly rebooting.
FYI I've got an AMD 2800+ running WinXP Pro, 512 RAM.
