Forgotten System Protection Password

Hi, I need help. I've forgotton the password which I set to protect NOD32 settings, I've tried every combination of password I could think of but I just cant remember. My licence has just been renewed but I cant get into NOD32 to put in the new user name and password.

I've tried to uninstall NOD32 but I cant do that either without the password. The last resort resort I guess would be to reformat my machine. Any ideas?
