Thanks, Marja, yes, closing/settlement on the land was YESTERDAY!! And thanks to everyone; I haven't hung out in 10-For too much this past half-year or so, been too busy, doing you can probably guess what, but you've all have always been the greatest!! Now that our land purchase is FINALLY over, maybe you'll being seeing me more often. :)
