View Full Version : Unable to register my new V9.0

I purchased a copy of V 9.0 from Amazon (TigerDirect). I am unable to register my copy because I get a message that my copy is a previously registered copy!!! Any idea how to correct this problem?

I also was running the trial version before I purchased this copy. After the install I still get the message that I am running the trial version.
