"Another installation in progress"

when I try to install Acronis true image I am getting error that "another installation in progress" and I must complete that one first. I don't see any other install running in task manager or if it is, I don't know the executable name. Any help?

make sure you only click download once....try restarting your computer, give it a few minutes to make sure it it done doing all the start-up stuff, etc, and try again. are you sure your windows auto-update isn't downloading updates....or any other software with auto updates? look at the bottom right of your screen to make sure nothing else is downloading updates....

Thanks. I had rebooted and also there were no other installs going on. But thanks for the tip.
