Zonealarm won't install

Hello everyone----I just had a bad virus and had to re-format and re-run
WINDOWS 98 and everything was OK, until I downloaded Zonealarm and
went to my desktop icon to Install Zonealarm----it would not Install and

only give me a window that says C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\GLB90C5.TMP

Validation failed for C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\VSINIT.DLL ---You are probably
missing a necessary Root Certificate

***P.S.-I am completely lost----Can anyone help me with this problem?

P.P.S.-----I have been using FREE Zonealarm for 2-3 yrs. without any
problems before and always a GREAT firewwall as long as I don't try to
go On-line with the True Vector down !
