Fail to start OS when OS selector installed

i have installed disk director 10 and OS selector is active.some times when i boot my computer i got these errors "No boot device press enter to reboot" or "There is no OS selector Configuration file,press enter to reboot".Why?
after reactivating of OS selector i do not get this errors but after while i got them agian.:o
MY os is Windows XP and i use True Image 9.0 With Secure zone.my drives file system is NTFS.
