Hi Pieter,

Thanks for trying to help.I am running a trial version.

I have only:Automatic update(automaticaly checked)
Under:

Hi Claire,

I never trialled, so I don´t know if this is something that is missing in the trial version, but I get the righthand-screen when I leftclick the word update in the lefthand-screen.

No dumb questions - just silly answers ;). Very good and freeware: ScreenHunter (http://www.wisdom-soft.com/products/screenhunter.htm).

When I try to do a print screen I receive an answer
"file too large" so I cannot get the full pic with the right screen :-[

Thanks for your help and patience Paul.I won't bother you further and look for an other AV unless you know a place were I can download version 1.

You will be able to resize it/turn it into a .gif file using the freeware IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com) niftey app. Comes in handy anyway ;)

Claire, hold your horses :) you still can grab a copy from V1 from our downloads (http://www.wilders.org/downloads.htm) page. Make sure to get rid of all existing V2 remnants before installing.

Then again: why not installing IrfanView, posting a resized .gif screen shot, and let's see if we can tackle your problem?

regards.
