IP Address problem URGENT!

I have two tracking script in my site which is entering details in two differnt databases at same time.

problem is if u analyse the details i find exactly same time there are entries from 2 differnt ip addresses.
ex.in 1st database ip address of the entry for the visit at
10.20.55 time is ip--XX.XX.XX.12

2nd database at 10.20.55 time ip-- is XX.XX.XX.13

I am having trouble understanding your problem.
Could you explain further what it is you are doing/tracking and the problem you are encountering.
