Hi

We have a Windows 2003 Entp. server which access disks on a SAN. We would like to add extra disk space to an existing SAN volume. Windows has recognised the extra free space provided by the addition of new disks. However, Window disk management utility does not allow the SAN volume to be extended.

Therefore, is it possible to use your product Arconis Disk Dir. suite (v9) to extend the SAN volume?

Hello info,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Management Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/diskdirector/).

Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 (and 9.0) does support SAN volumes. Please download the trial version (available at http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/download/ADDSrv/) of Acronis Disk Director Server 10.0 to see how it works for you. If you need the 9.0 version (for any reason) of Acronis Disk Director suite please contact us from our web-site: http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/ . Please don't forget to send the link to this thread along with gathered information. This would allow us to investigate the problem and help you with the solution.

Thank you.
