Locking Partition C:

I am attempting to resize the C partition and I can not get past the above noted statement. I am using an HP Pavilion a1250n, AMD 64x2 and SATA drive which is 250gig. Partition Magic works just fine on this drive... which I guess is much older then DDSuite v9!

Can anyone offer any help or did I just spend $70.00 for nothing? Thanks...
