Misleading Sales

Based on content in this forum from Acronis Support, I purchased the upgrade to Disk Director Suite 10 believing it to contain the "new" ability to convert FATxx to NTFS partitions. Lo and behold, that is not the case and the forum now contains an "apology." I've attempted to write to Sales but so far have not heard from anyone. I think Acronis owes everyone a free upgrade when the conversion is finally added to the product.

According to this post by support http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=593700&postcount=2 10 will include this feature when released. Are you saying this is not correct?
