I look for urgently assistance to solve the following problem:

The computer is a W2K server, 250 GB IDE HDD, older Bios (only 137GB recognized and it is not upgradeable). W2K recognizes the 250 GB.

Now I must urgently clone this computer to another system (hardware identically). When I use the disk to disk option in True Image 7 Server, i´m getting an error like “Disk is too small”. Data amount is only 60 GB and the target disk is 160 GB.

True image recognizes the second Partion as completely full.

If I put a second 250 GB HDD into the computer and use the disk to disk option, the table of contents of the second partition (220 GB) is only partly readably... some files are missing and a message like "file or listing is damaged or not readable" appears.
I have the same problem when I try to clone the system in the running Server System (HotImaging).

I need a 1:1 clone because a copy of the data does not work.

The first partition (system) functions always perfectly (11 GB).

Some ideas ?

As you seem to be aware, for greater than 137GB drives your BIOS must support 48bit LBA otherwise your system will NOT work correctly.

Refer to the following link for info :

You will need to get a motherboard, or find another computer, which supports 48bit LBA in order to clone this disk.
