Regarding the Secure Zone, what is the best (and easiest) way to tell how much space I have left? The "Manage Secure Zone" allows me to create or resize the zone, but I just want to see how much space I have left. I have it set to make incremental backups weekly, and I'm afraid by now I might be running out of room. Thanks. :)

(Using ver 8.0 (937). Waiting for dust to clear before I upgrade to ver 9.0. ::))

When you are backing up the screen where you select the secure zone displays the free space left is secure zone. If you select plugging the second screen displays the same

Just be aware that once TI is launched, the remaining size of the SZ will not change until you close the app and relaunch. If you start TI and it says there are 3 GB left in the SZ and then you create a 2 GB image, the window will still say there's 3 GB left. Not until you close TI and restart it will that change to 1 GB.

Understood. Thanks, Weaz. :)

Still, the whole process seems very unorthodox. Did you know you can check the unused space on your hard drive by navigating to: Start>Settings>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Disk Management? But why bother when you can simply go to My Computer? :P In other words, by now you would think the folks from Acronis would have created a more direct and OBVIOUS way of doing something as basic as checking the free space of the Zone. Really...... ::)
