Hi,

I cannot install True Image 9.0 on the Windows XP Professional 64 bits. When the setup process is near to finish, the process is aborted and this message is showed by True Image:

"The installer was interrupted before Acronis True Image could be removed. You need to restart the installer to try again".

I have tried to install again but it's impossible, the same problem happens.

Maybe because Win-64 is not a supported OS?

I'm afraid that the current version of Acronis True Image does not support 64-bit editions of Windows. The support for 64-bit operating systems will be implemented in the future versions\builds of a particular product, but exact time frame for this is not decided yet.
