Hi to all here, but have been lurker for sometime. This evening i purchased NOD32 after reading far too much about different AV's
Ok its installed with my username and password but when i go to try to update as i assume i must just after a installation of NOD. I get password incorrect. I can assure you i typed all that was required as received by email.
Any help would be nice.
Thanks

Welcome, tragic!
Did you by any change have had a V2 trial installed before installing your licensed version?

Well at 21 hours the update box appears and say i need new updates. I click on yes and nothing appears to happen.
I brought up NOD32 after and i see this:

Probably something so small but its eluding me. Been on NAV far too long

You're welcome!
Sounds strange indeed. I can try to see if we can find the culprit, in case you feel like it. If so, drop me an email explaining your problem in short terms, and forward )or attach) the Eset email with your user name and license key as well.
Cordialement,
paul

Thanks for the compliment. At times, we are able to help out - most of the times, Eset does ;)
{QUOTE-> Again many thanks Paul <-QUOTE}
Never mind; all that counts is: you being a satisfied NOD32 user. That's what's support is all about. Enjoy your new antivirus ;)

I had the same problem with updates using the server name mentioned. I found that if I changed the server to www.eset.sk I had no more problems. Hope it helps.
