I'm using TIS Ent and have Storage Server installed on the computer I am backing up to tape. I can connect and back up to tape successfully, but, when I try to check the image on the tape I get a login error. I'm using the same login as was used to create the image. Any ideas why this is occuring?

Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATIESWin/).
First of all please make sure that you use the latest build (1196) of Acronis True Image Enterprise Server (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/updates/). In order to get access to updates you should register account (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/registration/) on our site (or just log in if you have already created it) and then register your copy of the product (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/products/registration/).
Could you please let me know the exact error that you get? (you can also create a screen shot and post it in this thread)
Did you try to restore this image archive from tape drives?
