Windowsupdates help

hi, i know i'm being abit thick but can someone show me the combinations you have in your trusted zone for Windowsupdates please e.g.

*.windowsupdate.com
*.microsoft.update.com
etc etc

i would look around for it but i don't have any protection installed and i don't want to infect myself looking. i just got an error when i went there, i put the site in the address bar in the TZ but it still doesn't work. thanks

thanks, Snowbound, i'll put them in now. the reason i was having problems with it was because the only thing i had installed was SafeXP and i enabled the option to disable WU. also, BITS aren't enabled by default even after installing SP2 from disc. i have the updates now. i just have to install everything else ;D i just don't know where anything i have on disc is, it seems i've lost alot, i hope not. i hate reinstalls >:(
