Permissions error when backing up remote server

I'm evaluating TI8.0, build 1196.

I've installed the Remote Agent on a NT 4.0 sp6a machine.

When I try to Create an Image of the remote computer, the wizard takes me to a dialog box to specify where the .tlb should be stored. But when I choose the usb drive conencted to my Enterprise Server machine, a popup states that I don't have enough permission to create the file there.

I'm logged in as the Domain Administrator on both machines and have given that account full share and security permissions on that drive.

This problem is known. Please send a letter with the link to this thread, full name of your version of Acronis True Image and the serial number for it to Acronis Support (http://www.acronis.com/my/support/). We will try to help you and provide with the necessary information.
